Manner of representation

For representing the association, concluding agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in financial matters, the following signatures are required: - in the case of a one-person management board, for incurring obligations exceeding PLN 10,000 and concluding agreements, including employment agreements, the President of the Management Board is authorised with the consent of the Audit Committee. In such a case, the countersignature of all members of the Audit Committee is required. - in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently to incur obligations below PLN 10,000. - in the case of a multi-member management board, the joint action of all members of the management board is required for incurring obligations and making declarations of will.
