Manner of representation

1. The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the entirety of the work of the management board of the volunteer fire brigade. 2. Contracts, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President together with the treasurer. 3. Documents other than those mentioned in point 2 may be signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President together with a second member of the management board. 4. Documents related to operations, training and exercises conducted in accordance with the principles referred to in the Act of 24 August 1991 on fire protection, and not having the characteristics referred to in point 2, may be signed by the Chief of the Fire Brigade together with a second member of the management board.
