Manner of representation
1. Each partner is entitled and obliged to conduct the company's affairs within the scope not exceeding ordinary management. However, if, before such an affair is completed, even one of the other partners objects to its conduct, a partners' resolution is required. 2. With regard to acts exceeding ordinary management, the partners, exercising their rights referred to in section 1, act on the basis of resolutions referred to in §11 of the company's agreement. 3.
