§ 19 of the statutes of the Energia dla Europy Foundation. 1. The management board manages the foundation’s activities and represents it externally. 2. Subject to point 4, the following persons are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation: a) the President of the Management Board, b) the Vice-President of the Management Board, c) any two other members of the management board acting jointly. 3. In matters falling within the competence of the Foundation Council or requiring authorisation by the Foundation Council, it may adopt another method of representation. 4. In matters within the scope of labour law, in particular matters concerning establishing and terminating an employment relationship, determining remuneration and granting leave, only a member of the management board holding a power of attorney in the aforementioned scope, granted by the Foundation Council in writing on pain of invalidity, is authorised to represent the foundation.
