In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorized to represent the foundation independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President is authorized to represent the foundation individually in transactions with a value not exceeding one million złoty. In transactions with a value exceeding one million złoty, the foundation may be represented by the President and a member of the management board acting jointly. Each of the other members of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation individually in transactions not exceeding PLN 50,000. In transactions with a value exceeding PLN 50,000, the foundation may be represented by two members of the management board acting jointly.
