Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board of the municipal branch represents the municipal branch and manages its assets and may, after consulting the Presidium of the Management Board of the municipal branch, appoint the Executive Board of the municipal branch consisting of between one and three members. If the municipal branch conducts business activity, the appointment of the Executive Board is mandatory. If the Executive Board is appointed, the President of the Management Board of the municipal branch retains competence in the area of representation and supervision, while transferring competence in the area of management and execution to the Executive Board. 2. The President of the Management Board of the municipal branch or the Executive Board of the municipal branch (if appointed) makes decisions in matters of ordinary management. The Presidium of the Management Board of the municipal branch may authorize the President of the Management Board of the municipal branch or the Executive Board of the municipal branch to make decisions in matters exceeding ordinary management up to a specified amount of obligations incurred in a single transaction.
