1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, subject to paragraph 2, may be made by each member of the management board independently. If the management board acts as a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made independently by the President of the Management Board. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, in matters concerning property liabilities whose value does not exceed PLN 250,000 (in words: two hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by a member of the management board. In the case of a multi-member management board, in matters concerning property liabilities whose value exceeds PLN 250,000 (in words: two hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) and does not exceed PLN 600,000 (in words: six hundred thousand zlotys), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently only by the President of the Management Board. In the case of a multi-member management board, in matters concerning property liabilities whose value exceeds PLN 600,000 (in words: six hundred thousand zlotys), a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by all members of the management board jointly. The limitation concerning the amount of the property liability does not apply to a one-person management board.
