Manner of representation

For making declarations of will in all matters of the association, including property matters, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President, acting jointly, are authorised. Making decisions concerning the incurring of financial obligations on behalf of the association exceeding the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys) requires the signatures of three members of the management board.
