Manner of representation

The company is represented independently by the general partner of the company, namely the company operating under the name ESPOL WARSZAWA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. A limited partner may represent the company only as its attorney-in-fact. On behalf of the general partner (ESPOL WARSZAWA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), for submitting declarations concerning the company’s proprietary and non-proprietary rights and obligations, in the case of a one-person management board the company is represented independently by the President of the Management Board; in the case of a multi-member management board, the company is represented independently by the President of the Management Board, or by two members jointly, or by a member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy. The management board of the general partner consists of Tomasz Ludwik Paciorek – President of the Management Board. Wojciech Dąbrowski performs the function of an independent commercial proxy in the company being the general partner.
