Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board acts independently, subject to point 2. 2. For concluding agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required. 3. All business agreements on behalf of the association are signed by the President of the Management Board. 4. Agreements may also be signed by the Vice-President or the treasurer, as well as by an attorney-in-fact of the association, after prior consultation with the President (by telephone, electronically or in writing). 5. The above point applies in the event of terminating or rescinding agreements.
