The Parliament of Students of the Republic of Poland is represented independently by the Chairperson in matters other than financial matters, as provided in § 14(2)(2) of the Articles of Association of 24 November 2018: “The Chairperson of PSRP, in particular (...) represents the Parliament externally, for which purpose they may authorise other persons.” In financial matters, pursuant to § 48(1) of the Articles of Association of 24 November 2018: 1. Declarations of will on behalf of PSRP in financial matters whose value does not exceed PLN 10,000.00 are made by the Chairperson of PSRP or by a person to whom the Chairperson of PSRP has granted an attorney-in-fact authority in this respect. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of PSRP in financial matters whose value exceeds PLN 10,000.00 are made by the Chairperson of PSRP jointly with one of the Vice-Chairpersons of PSRP, or by the Chairperson of PSRP jointly with two members of the Executive Council.
