Manner of representation

Declarations of will in the name of the management board are made jointly by the President and one member of the management board. This applies in particular to granting powers of attorney to represent the association when concluding agreements and undertaking other obligations in the name of the association. In special cases, the management board may authorize other persons to make declarations of will in the name of the association within the scope of the authorization granted to them. Declarations of will in the name of the association in matters of ordinary management may be made independently by the President of the Management Board.
