The SINICUM Association is represented, in accordance with its statute, by the management board, which acts on its behalf. Pursuant to Article 24 of the statute: “For the submission of declarations of will in all financial matters of SINICUM, the conclusion of agreements, the granting of powers of attorney and the submission of other declarations, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required.”
