§31 1. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the Audit Committee designated in a resolution of that body. 2. For declarations of will of the association to be valid, including the incurring of liabilities also in property matters, action is required as follows: a. in the case of a one-person management board: the President of the Management Board; b. if an attorney-in-fact of the management board has been appointed: the joint action of that attorney-in-fact and the association’s chief accountant; c. in the case of a multi-member management board: two members of the management board, including the President.
