Manner of representation

1. Representation of the foundation by one member of the management board is permissible up to the amount applicable to ordinary activities. It covers activities exclusively related to the conclusion of contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work and civil-law contracts. 2. Ordinary activities of the management board have been set at up to PLN 300,000 (three hundred thousand zloty). 3. Two members of the management board authorised to act individually may make declarations of will exceeding the scope of ordinary activities in all matters, including the foundation's property matters, conclude agreements and grant powers of attorney. 4. One member of the management board is authorised to represent the foundation externally in matters other than property matters; each member may act independently.
