Manner of representation

Each partner of the partnership is authorised independently to dispose, on behalf of the partnership, of funds from the bank account, including debit from the current account, and of other financial instruments operating in the bank account, up to the amount of PLN 200,000 or the equivalent of this amount expressed in PLN, and to represent the partnership and make declarations of will on its behalf in other cases up to the amount of PLN 100,000 or the equivalent of this amount expressed in PLN. When disposing of funds from the bank account, including debit from the current account, and of other financial instruments operating in the bank account in excess of PLN 200,000 or the equivalent of this amount expressed in PLN, and when representing the partnership and making declarations of will on its behalf in other cases in excess of PLN 100,000 or the equivalent of this amount expressed in PLN, joint representation by all partners acting on their own behalf or on behalf of the remaining partners under a power of attorney granted to them is required. In other matters, each partner has the right to represent the partnership.
