Manner of representation

The President of the foundation is entitled to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, as is joint representation by the President and a member of the foundation’s management board or by two members of the management board. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters unrelated to incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000, the President of the management board may independently submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. In matters related to incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation must be submitted under joint representation: by the President and a member of the management board or by two members of the management board.
