Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the Association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board are required. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents than those mentioned in section 1, two signatures of members of the management board are required. 3. The management board may grant a power of attorney to represent the Association’s interests and submit the declarations of will referred to in section 1 on its behalf. The power of attorney must be granted jointly by two members of the management board. The power of attorney may be revoked at any time by delivering a written revocation to the attorney-in-fact together with a demand for the return of the original power of attorney.
