Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board or a person authorized by the President has the right to submit declarations of will concerning the non-proprietary matters of the association. Agreements, powers of attorney and all declarations of will that entail financial obligations or changes to the association’s assets require, for their validity, a signature by the President of the Management Board (when the amount of the obligations does not exceed PLN 5,000.00) or by at least half of the members of the management board acting jointly (when the amount of the obligations exceeds PLN 5,000.00), provided that one of these persons must be the President or Vice-President.
