Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will concerning the Association, as well as for incurring obligations on behalf of the Association, a declaration of will must be made by three members of the management board, including the President of the Association’s management board. In non-property matters, the Association is represented by the President of the Association’s management board. However, if the President of the Association’s management board is unable to participate in representing the Association, in particular due to illness, death or a sudden accident, joint action of two members of the Association’s management board is required for representation of the Association.
