Manner of representation

Representation of the company: the only person authorised to represent the company JWST is the general partner, acting through its proper bodies authorised to represent it, as well as other persons duly authorised to represent it in accordance with the rules provided for by law and in the agreement of the company being the general partner. Conduct of the company's affairs: 1. All affairs of the company are conducted by the general partner. In matters exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company, the consent of the limited partners is required, unless otherwise follows from the provisions of this agreement. 2. The following are deemed in particular to be acts exceeding the scope of ordinary management: 1) incurring an obligation exceeding, in a single transaction, the value of PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys); 2) making another disposition of the company's assets with a value exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys). The general partner is represented by Ms Wioleta-Kostka – President of the Management Board.
