Manner of representation

The right to represent the company is vested exclusively in the partner liable without limitation (general partner) – MYJNIANR1.PL, with its registered office in Warsaw, acting through its bodies. The partner liable without limitation is authorised to conduct the affairs of the company. Pursuant to the articles of association of MYJNIANR1.PL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the general partner), in the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorised to submit declarations and represent the company: a) one member of the management board in the case of declarations involving the disposal of a right or the assumption of an obligation to provide a performance with a value of PLN 20,000 or less; b) two members of the management board acting jointly in the case of declarations involving the disposal of a right or the assumption of an obligation to provide a performance with a value exceeding PLN 20,000.00; c) two members of the management board acting jointly in the case of declarations not involving the disposal of a right or the assumption of an obligation to provide a performance. The member of the management board of MYJNIANR1.PL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the general partner) is: Mr Raivis Dirda – member of the management board.
