Manner of representation
1. For the validity of declarations of will, as well as all letters concerning the association’s rights and obligations, joint action and the signing by two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board, are required. 2. In its rules of procedure, the management board may authorise the President or Vice-President of the Management Board to incur property obligations independently within the limit specified by the General Meeting of Members. 3. For individual matters or a group of matters, the management board may appoint an attorney-in-fact acting independently.
