Manner of representation

For representation in external relations, including signing letters and documents related to the association’s current operations, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently, or two members of the management board together, including one Vice-President of the Management Board. For submitting declarations of will, in particular for acquiring rights and incurring property liabilities up to an amount equal in PLN to EUR 1,000 (one thousand euros), the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, including one of the Vice-Presidents, are authorised; whereas for submitting declarations of will, in particular for acquiring rights and incurring property liabilities exceeding the above-mentioned amount, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised, including the President or Vice-President.
