The President of the Management Board or the Deputy President of the Management Board represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs all the work of the management board. Resolutions, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President or the Deputy President and the treasurer. Applications for grants, subsidies, offers for the performance of public tasks, grant agreements, agreements for the performance of public tasks and other documents related to subsidies and settlements are signed by the President or the Deputy President.
