Manner of representation

The President of the club is authorised to represent the association. For the validity of declarations of will on behalf of the club concerning property rights and obligations up to the amount of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand Polish zloty), the President is authorised to act independently. In matters concerning rights and obligations exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand Polish zloty), joint action by the President and a second member of the management board (two persons jointly) is required. For the validity of declarations of will on behalf of the club concerning property rights and obligations up to the amount of PLN 5,000 (five thousand Polish zloty), each Vice-President of the club is authorised to act independently.
