Manner of representation

In matters concerning public rights and obligations, the association is represented individually by the President or Vice-President of the Management Board. Declarations of will in the association’s property matters are made individually by the President, or the Vice-President, or another member of the management board authorised in writing by the President. In matters concerning the management of the association’s property and finances exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the President makes declarations of will with the prior consent of the general meeting of members expressed in the form of a resolution. Matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management include, in particular, disposing of real estate in the possession of the association and incurring financial liabilities whose value exceeds PLN 100,000.
