Manner of representation

1. The following are authorised to incur property obligations: a. up to and including the amount equivalent, on the date the obligation is incurred, to PLN 5,000: each member of the management board independently; b. above the amount equivalent, on the date the obligation is incurred, to PLN 5,000: two members of the management board jointly. 2. In non-property matters, including signing letters and documents and making declarations of will, the foundation is represented by each member of the management board independently or by a person authorised in writing by the management board.
