Manner of representation

The joint participation of two members of the management board is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, represent it, and incur obligations in matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management. In matters of ordinary management, the President may act independently. Each time, the incurring of financial obligations not exceeding PLN 2,000 (two thousand PLN) is considered a matter of ordinary management. To incur obligations exceeding PLN 2,000 (two thousand PLN), two signatures of members of the management board are required.
