Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to independently submit declarations on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Foundation's Management Board is authorised to individually submit declarations on behalf of the foundation, or two members of the management board acting jointly. Disposition of the foundation's assets exceeding the equivalent of PLN 10,000, as well as the disposal and acquisition of shares or stocks in companies, joining or withdrawing from partnerships, and the acquisition or disposal of real property or the right of perpetual usufruct require the consent of the Foundation Council under pain of invalidity.
