Manner of representation

The general partner, F4F Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, is authorised to represent the company. F4F Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is represented as follows: in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board; and in the case of a multi-member management board, the company is represented by each member of the management board independently for liabilities or dispositions of rights up to an amount equivalent to PLN 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand zlotys). In the case of incurring liabilities or disposing of rights exceeding the equivalent of PLN 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), the joint action of two members of the management board or of a member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy is required. The management board of the general partner consists of Jakub Dawid Mazurkiewicz – President of the Management Board, and Jakub Mikołaj Włosiński – member of the management board.
