Manner of representation

Joint action and signatures are required to represent the association externally, conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make declarations of will in all property matters: 1. the President, in the case of incurring a liability of up to 1,000 złoty; 2. the President and one member of the management board, in the case of incurring a liability exceeding 1,000 złoty. 2. The submission of grant project applications and other applications for external funding, the submission of financial and substantive reports to the grantor within projects carried out by the association, and the submission of applications in matters other than property matters require the signature of one member of the management board authorized by the President.
