Ryś Pomocna Łapa supports children with disabilities by financing regular rehabilitation and also helps children in orphanages. In relations between members of the management board and the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted: independently by another member of the management board or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the management board. The management board is authorized to appoint attorneys-in-fact of the management board. The resolution on appointing attorneys-in-fact specifies the scope of authorization.
