Overview
Fundacja "Willa Jasny Dom" works in culture and in promoting historical awareness. It focuses on commemorating and protecting the national memorial site at Świerszcza 2 in Warsaw, where in 1945 the Main Information Directorate of the Polish Army had its detention facility. The historic cellars can be visited free of charge by prior arrangement with a guide.

Manner of representation
1. A declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President independently or jointly by two members of the management board. 2. The President may, in writing under pain of nullity, authorise a member of the management board to represent the foundation independently. This authorisation may be granted for the performance of one act or in general terms. 3. The authorisation expires upon revocation of the authorisation in writing under pain of nullity or upon termination of the authorised person’s membership of the management board.
