Manner of representation

The sole general partner acting independently is authorized to make declarations of will within the scope of the company’s rights and obligations and to incur obligations on its behalf, and if there are at least two general partners in the company, each general partner acts independently. The sole general partner in the company is “J&P LUXURY ESTATE” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością; if a one-person management board is appointed, the President of the Management Board acts independently; if a multi-member management board is appointed, the joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required. The members of the management board of “J&P LUXURY ESTATE” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością are: PIOTR KRZYSZTOF KRÓL – President of the Management Board, JACEK REMIGIUSZ GUZIEWICZ – Vice-President of the Management Board.
