Manner of representation

Disposal of a right or incurring an obligation up to the amount of PLN 50,000 – each of the partners independently; disposal of a right or incurring an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 50,000, as well as making any declaration obliging the company to dispose of a right or incur an obligation above PLN 50,000 – all partners jointly or a partner jointly with a commercial proxy; entering into agreements with third parties for the purpose of employing them on the basis of any legal relationship, or making a declaration obliging the company to employ them, establishing terms of remuneration or work on any legal basis and changing them to more favourable terms within the meaning of labour law provisions – all partners jointly regardless of the value of the obligation; terminating agreements constituting the basis of employment, or giving notice of terms of remuneration or work performed under those agreements and proposing less favourable terms within the meaning of legal provisions, except for agreements concluded by the other partners with the company – each of the partners independently.
