Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in financial matters, may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the association shall be represented by a member of the internal control body indicated in a resolution of that body, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of the association’s members. 3. Employment-law activities concerning the association’s employees shall be performed by a member of the management board or a person authorised by the management board, and concerning a member of the management board, by a member of the internal control body indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of the association’s members.
