Provision of employment brokerage services for the project “Pokonaj kryzys”. As part of the provision of the above-mentioned service, the contractor will be required, among other things, to: - hold individual consultations with project participants referred to the service; - obtain job offers from employers; - disseminate job offers to project participants; - initiate and organise meetings between employers and project participants, at which employers present job offers and/or can contact participants interested in taking up employment; - provide employers seeking employees with information about project participants to enable an initial assessment of their suitability for possible employment; - inform project participants about the current situation and anticipated changes in the local labour market; - arrange internships for 20 project participants who have completed vocational courses; - provide other services specified by the contracting authority as part of the project in connection with employment brokerage for project participants. The aim of meetings with the employment broker is to facilitate access to information and current job offers, and to enable participants to receive a referral to a job and contact potential employers. Participants will also gain valuable knowledge about employers’ requirements and the recruitment process.
