Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association externally. The presence of at least two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President, is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the association; for those obligations to be valid, they must be in written form; in property matters, an appropriate resolution of the management board is required. The management board may appoint an attorney-in-fact of the association by an absolute majority of votes. The attorney-in-fact of the association may be its member or an employee employed for this purpose. The attorney-in-fact of the association is authorised to represent the association externally.
