Manner of representation

1. Two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President, are entitled to submit declarations of will producing financial effects on behalf of the association. 2. In matters involving declarations of will not producing financial effects for the association, the association may be represented independently by the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board or the Secretary of the Management Board. 3. By resolution, the management board may authorise another member of the management board to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association and may also appoint attorneys-in-fact to handle specific matters.
