Dormor is involved in the construction of office buildings, specifically the Dor Plaza in Warsaw, which is a Class A office building with a total area of 14,600 m². The building features seven above-ground floors and three underground levels, including approximately 240 parking spaces, and has been designed with energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions to achieve a "Very Good" BREEAM certification. The architectural design was created by MHW Architekci, emphasizing the preservation of existing trees on the site.
