Polskie Stowarzyszenie Hodowców Awifauny Europejsk (AVES) brings together enthusiasts and breeders of European birds, including goldfinches, linnets, siskins, greenfinches, bullfinches, thrushes and blackbirds. The association promotes the legal breeding of these species in cages and aviaries and works to curb the taking of protected birds from the wild.

Manner of representation
1. To make declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, as well as to sign agreements and obligations on its behalf, the following is required: 1) the signature of the President of the management board if the value of the obligation being incurred does not exceed PLN 2,500.00, or 2) the signature of the Vice-President of the management board if the value of the obligation being incurred does not exceed PLN 1,000.00, or 3) the signatures of two Vice-Presidents of the management board if the value of the obligation being incurred exceeds PLN 1,000.00 and at the same time does not exceed PLN 2,500.00, or 4) the signatures of the President of the management board and one of the Vice-Presidents of the management board if the value of the obligation being incurred exceeds PLN 2,500.00. 2. For other letters and documents to be valid, the signature of at least one member of the management board is required.
