Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required. For representing the association in administrative or court proceedings and in contacts with public administration authorities, each member of the management board is authorized independently.
