Manner of representation

For making declarations of will in the property-related and non-property-related matters of the association, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, the joint action of two members of the association's management board is required. Declarations made vis-à-vis the association and the delivery of documents to it may be made to one member of the management board, provided that such member is obliged to notify the remaining members of the management board immediately of the contents of the document and/or declaration received. In agreements between members of the management board and the association and in disputes between them, the association is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the Audit Committee.
