Manner of representation

The company is represented by the general partner independently. The general partner is MK&IB spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, in which representation is established as follows: to make declarations of will concerning property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign agreements on behalf of the company: a. in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to act independently; b. in the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorised; for incurring liabilities or disposing of the company’s assets exceeding PLN 2,000, joint action of two members of the management board jointly with the President of the Management Board is required. The President of the Management Board is Monika Kretuńska and the member of the management board is Izabela Bim.
