Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association in the scope of administering property and in other statutory matters are made by two members of the association’s management board, or by one member of that management board and a person authorised under a power of attorney (attorney-in-fact). The association’s management board may authorise its Chairperson to make declarations of will independently in the scope of conducting the association’s day-to-day activity. If a legal transaction exceeding the scope of the association’s day-to-day activity may result in the creation of monetary liabilities, the consent of the treasurer is required for its validity, and, in the absence or refusal of such consent, a resolution of the management board is required.
