Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association may be made and received by each member of the management board acting independently, including the President, Vice-President or a member of the management board. To make declarations of will concerning the assumption of obligations on behalf of the association in property matters up to the value of PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys), each member of the management board is authorised to act independently. To make declarations of will concerning the assumption of obligations on behalf of the association in property matters exceeding the value of PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys) but not exceeding the value of PLN 1,000,000.00 (one million zlotys), the consent of all members of the management board acting jointly is required. To make declarations of will concerning the assumption of obligations on behalf of the association in property matters exceeding the value of PLN 1,000,000.00 (one million zlotys), the consent of all members of the management board acting jointly together with an attorney-in-fact designated by the General Meeting of Members of the association is required.
