Manner of representation

1. A declaration of will on behalf of the management board of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board of the foundation, a member of the management board of the foundation, or an attorney-in-fact appointed by the entire management board of the foundation. An attorney-in-fact appointed by the management board of the foundation may make declarations of will only within the scope granted by the resolution of the management board of the foundation appointing the attorney-in-fact. 2. In pecuniary matters exceeding PLN 5,000.00, a declaration of will by the President of the Management Board of the foundation is required, subject to paragraph 3. 3. Each member of the management board is authorised to employ employees and determine the amount of their remuneration.
