Manner of representation

For declarations of will of a multi-member management board to be effective, the joint action of two of its members is required. In the case of a one-person management board, all declarations of will are made by the only member of that body. For the validity of management board declarations concerning the club’s property rights and obligations, if the management board is multi-member, the joint action of at least the President and another member of the management board is required. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations concerning the club’s property rights and obligations are made by the member of the one-person management board.
