Manner of representation

1. Each partner is obliged and entitled to conduct the affairs of the company. 2. Each partner is entitled to represent the company in matters of ordinary management. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, joint representation applies. The following are deemed matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management: a) acquisition, disposal or encumbrance of real estate; b) acquisition, disposal or encumbrance of an enterprise; c) taking out loans and credits; d) granting loans, guarantees or sureties; e) acquisition or disposal of a fixed asset with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty).
